You are created for the community. When you have a community around you, you don’t have to be afraid to go through hard things because you will never be alone. Opening yourself up to people can be a risk. It sometimes makes you feel vulnerable... but that is often when God shows up the most.
When you’re feeling uncomfortable is when the Holy Spirit can come in and move.
In order for us to understand why we need each other, we first need to see how important God views us as the human race. Love can’t operate without other people. Without people, God can’t be who he is because he wouldn’t be able to love - and God is love. That is where and why community is so important.
If God can’t get by without communion with others then we shouldn’t try to get by without it either.
