Jesus stopped.
The God who created the universe that expands and moves even today - stopped.
The God whose love is unrelenting and unmeasurable - stopped.
The God who is not bound by time and sits in eternity - stops, and takes time for you.
Can you stop and take a moment with God?
God knows you and every detail of your life. If you can just stop rushing and pressing - He will show you exactly when to move and what is coming next.
The way of Jesus is compassion and love. He is warm, loving, and responsive - That is how Jesus lived out his life. If you're asking "What Would Jesus Do?" - He'd stop and respond in a warm, loving way.
He will show you how to take a real rest. Matthew 11:25-30
What have we been missing by not stopping when God has told us to? What could we gain by stopping and paying attention to the people who really matter in our lives?
When we see what and who God places in front of us - He will speak to us through them and give us the sight and the revelation we need.
Stop what you’re doing on the outside and let your heart move closer to God.
